About Wingman SOARR
Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind is for business leaders in Federal Contracting, developing, discussing, revising and taking action to implement business strategies that work. The Strategic Mastermind is a twelve-month program providing access to an exclusive cohort of business leaders working towards a common goal of increasing their successes, and the amount of dollars they receive from federal agencies and federal prime contractors. Each Cohort is comprised of up to ten (10) members, and participation is based on responsibility and not title. If you are responsible for creating, refining and/or executing your company's strategy, then you are the right person to be in this room.
A business strategy is how you execute your company's mission and achieve your goals. It ties everything together and provides clarity to everyone contributing to the coming successes. Helping leaders build or re-build strategy based on empirical evidence, is the core activity of Wingman SOARR. We accomplish this in two ways:
- through curated online activities to include accountability calls, coaching calls (both group and 1-on-1) and sharing the most relevant organic and acquired content, and;
- at three (3) on-location, full-day retreats, where cohort members meet, bond, collaborate, and grow together. This is where you come to refuel and refocus your strategy to ensure goal achievement.
NOTE: All new Wingman SOARR Mastermind Members must attend and complete Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp no more than 12 months prior to starting their Mastermind Membership.

Monthly Group Coaching Calls
- 3rd Thursday of month at 9:00 am (EST) (except during Retreat months)

Strategic Mastermind Dues*
Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind (available to candidates who have participated in Bootcamp during the twelve months prior to launch of cohort or are current Wingman members):
- Annual - $9,250 (one time payment)
- Quarterly - $2,550 paid every 3 months ($10,200 total)
- Monthly - $925 paid monthly for twelve (12) months ($11,100 total)
Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind with Bootcamp:
- Annual - $11,000 (one-time payment)
- Quarterly - $3,025 paid every 3 months ($12,100 total)
- Monthly - $1,100 paid monthly for twelve (12) months ($13,200 total)
*Registration fees are per cohort participant.
