Addendum A – Annual Dues

About: Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind is a comprehensive professional and organizational growth program and is conducted online and on-location to provide a rich knowledge-building and relationship development opportunity for each member. As such, participation in Wingman SOARR requires the payment of annual dues in exchange for knowledge-support, overnight and dining accommodations, one-on-one and group coaching, and more.

The base annual dues for participating in Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind are $9,250. I understand these dues are non-refundable and are due prior to the start of a cohort program year. Participation in Winmgan SOARR requires each member to have previously completed the 2-Day Immersion portion of Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp (Bootcamp) no more than twelve months prior to the launch of their Strategic Mastermind. Therefore, dues options that include and exclude participation in Bootcamp are available.

The payment option are as follows. I will select one at the bottom of the page:

Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind (available to candidates who have participated in Bootcamp during the twelve months prior to launch of Mastermind or are current Wingman members):

• Annual - $9,250
• Quarterly - $2,550 paid every 3 months ($10,200 total)
• Monthly - $925 ($11,100 total)

Wingman SOARR Strategic Mastermind with Bootcamp:

• Annual - $11,000
• Quarterly - $3,025 paid every 3 months ($12,100 total)
• Monthly - $1,100 ($13,200 total)

All payments will be remitted via The ASBC membership portal. I understand if I choose a monthly or quarterly payment plan; my payment method will be automatically debited on the anniversary of my first payment, based on the selected payment plan frequency, until the annual dues are paid in full. In the event The ASBC is unable to collect a scheduled payment due to an error with my payment, The ASBC will notify me of the error, and I will have a grace period of three (3) business days to resolve the error. If the payment issue is not resolved within three business days, my payment is considered late, and I will be charged a daily $50.00 Inconvenience Fee for each business day beyond the grace period.
