Who should attend this event?
The 2025 Fiscal Year Insight Summit and New Year's Bash is all about federal government contracting. Our speakers and guests come from government and industry.
What is the dress for the event?
Appropriate attire is Professional to Business Casual (e.g., slacks, khakis, blouses, dress shirts, blazers, sportscoats). No jeans, tennis shoes, polos or t-shirts, please.
Is there a room block?
As of September 9th, The Hotel at Arundel Preserve is completely sold out on October 1st. You can find other local hotels on the Lodging and Hotel tab on the event page. https://events.theasbc.org/2025summitbash#lodging
How much is parking?
Parking is free onsite.
Is there an agenda for the event?

What time should I arrive?
The 2025 Fiscal Year Insight Summit begins at 1:00 PM. Registration and check-in will open at 12:30 PM
If you are registered for just the Fiscal New Year's Bash, registration and check-in will open at 4:45 PM and the doors will open at 5:00 PM.

Is pre-registration required?
Pre-registration is required. There will not be any onsite registration. Additionally, space at the event is limited and expected to sell out, so register early.
Can I register at the door?
Onsite registration for the Insight Summit AND Bash is $495/guest based on availability.
Onsite registration for the Fiscal New Year's Bash is $350/guest based on availability.
Do you have a waitlist?
I can't attend the event now. Can I get a refund?
We are sorry you cannot attend the event. Refunds will be issued for ticket sales until August 15, 2024, less a 15% refund processing fee. After August 15, no refunds will be given.
If you would like to send someone else in your place, please notify The ASBC Events (events@theasbc.org) in writing no later than Monday, September 23rd. We will not accept substitutions without written notification from the original registrant and will not accept substitutions at the door.
Sponsorships are not refundable.

Insights Sessions Breakouts
Can I sign up for Insights Sessions Speakers in advance?
Once we have confirmed our speakers, you will be able to select which sessions you would like to attend via the registration process. If you have already registered, you will be able to login and update your registration at any time.
I registered before Insights Sessions Speaker sign-ups were available. How do I sign up for speaker sessions now?
To register for speakers after you have completed your registration, please visit the event page and use the the Resend Confirmation button at the top of the event page. (https://events.theasbc.org/2025summitbash#resend-conf)
On the confirmation email you receive, there is an option at the bottom of the page to "Set Up Account Now." Click on this link to either claim your account or login if you have already set up an account.
Once logged in:
- Click on Registrations Tab
- Find your 2025 Fiscal Year Insight Summit and Fiscal New Year's Bash registration and click on Details
- Click Edit
- Scroll down to the Breakout Sessions
- Make your selections for each time slot (you may choose one in each time slot)
- Scroll to bottom and click save.
If you would like, you can choose resend your confirmation email with the updated information.
Do I have to sign up for Insights Sessions breakouts?
You are not required to sign up for Insights Sessions breakouts. Space is limited in each room and priority will be given to those that have signed up in advance.
I cannot make changes to my registration or my registration cannot be found.
If you were registered on the same transaction as someone else, the primary registrant must make changes for you.
Someone else registered me. How do I make changes?
If you are on the same registration as somoene else, the primary registrant needs to make changes to your registration.
If you were registered by The ASBC, you can have your confirmation resent to you by clicking on the Resend Confirmation link on the event page and entering your email address. https://events.theasbc.org/2025summitbash#resend-conf
